• Due to the nature of food products, Chef B Bold & Boujee LLC does not offer refunds.
• No Refunds
• All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for any reason.
• Return policy (non-returnable) : If there's an issue upon delivery, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days

                                                   EXCHANGE ONLY (DAMAGED PRODUCTS)

• We offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged.
• To be eligible for an exchange:
• The request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• The damaged product must be returned to us.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
• The product must be shipped back to the address provided by Chef B Bold & Boujee LLC.
• Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we will ship a replacement product to the customer at no additional cost.
• No Exchange Will Be Processed If:
• The product is not returned
• The request is made after 30 days
• The product was damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
